Timing, they say, is everything and the announcement that Saint Laurent Rive Droite has launched in Australia via their ecommerce site, just in time for Valentine’s Day – chef’s kiss delivery. No notes. None.

The Saint Laurent Rive Droite creative concept will celebrate the launch of its arrival in Australia with a series of heart-inspired pieces including a padlock and jewellery, a selection of rare Valentine’s Day vinyls and a new era cap with a fleece vintage logo.

The website will also have pieces from their collaboration with Baccarat, including the option of a personalisation service where you can engrave the Baccarat heart with the initials of your loved one for Valentine’s day. Or your own, because loving yourself is important too.

Also marking the occasion will be the launch of a new collaboration with Libri Muti with an exclusive collection of note books. The Mute books collection re-interprets classical titles by authors that are transformed in a coloured note book fill. The first will be Adultère from Paul Haurrigot.

The Saint Laurent Rive Droite concept was first launched in 2019 by the Maison’s artistic director Anthony Vaccarello at rue Saint-Honoré in Paris as a nod to the Rive Gauche line, which was launched as a vehicle to democratise the world of fashion.

Rive Droite continues this tradition via a more artistic method. The bricks and mortar store has become a hub for exploring the DNA of Saint Laurent as it is manifested in various places: exclusive pieces, limited editions, library, vintage, music, photography combined with art, performances, exhibitions, events and cultural exchanges.
