Winter is here, and last night 99 percent of the population bunked down to watch the long-awaited Season 8 premiere of Game of Thrones. While the latter one percent ultimately missed the tension that was so feverishly building between Sansa Stark and Daenerys Targaryen (and um, Bran always sitting in the background), the teasers and collaborations building up to its debut meant that even non-followers were aware of its release.
Nevertheless, both fans and skeptics of the critically-acclaimed series can agree that the pre-party and after-party was happening via Twitter.
