At first glance, Ermenegildo Zegna and Fear Of God are unalike. American brand Fear Of God is engrained in a fusion of staples and subversive streetwear sensibilities, making the designer behind the label, Jerry Lorenzo a cult name amongst fanatics of the brand. On the other hand, Zegna is the epitome of Italian luxury and craftsmanship, so, perhaps that is why a collaborative venture between the brands is the perfect balance.

Announced overnight, Alessandro Sartori, Ermenegildo Zegna’s Artistic Director and Jerry Lorenzo have created a four-handed man collection, including accessories, that is a cross-pollination between Zegna renowned tailoring expertise and Fear of God’s unique take on modern luxury. The creative partnership has engendered a contemporary wardrobe thought out for a young man whose lifestyle is a hybrid expression of elegance and freedom.

“The name represented elegance, sophistication,” Lorenzo told Business of Fashion amid the announcement. “So many aspirational things that I’ve held on to in my subconscious ever since.”

The collection is set to be unveiled from March 2 at Paris Fashion Week via a special event.
