Known for his portrayals of child-like subjects with magnetic eyes, Javier Calleja will bring them to life in his latest exhibition. Entitled “Fake is the Future”, the artist will convert Galerie Zink, in Germany, offering an immersive experience of works.

Drawing inspiration from the eras of Pop, Surrealism and Minimalism, the Spanish artist will present works across canvasses, paper and murals which “are camouflaged with their background and merge with space”. Allowing viewers to interact the pieces, the recurring child motifs will be seen in a range of different capacities.
