In 2018, Justin Bieber took it upon himself to trademark a number of brands names including ‘Drew’. Last year, the artist-cum-supposed designer debuted a collection of slouchy lounge pieces in sunshine yellow and brown. It was a collection that should have never existed, but it did well and was a sell out success. Now, Bieber is taking ugly to the next level with a fresh collaboration with Crocs.

Drawing from Bieber’s signature colour, the rubber clog is a bright yellow and is accompanied by eight custom Jibbitz charms that nod to the 26-year-old’s laid back style. Personally, I’m still deciding whether the kicks are kinda cool, or bordering on unwearable outside the house.

“As an artist, it’s important that my creations stay true to myself and my style. I wear Crocs all the time, so designing my own pair came naturally. With these Crocs, I just focused on making something cool that I want to wear,” said Bieber.

Announced via Instagram, the collaborative effort is already proving a huge success with the teaser being liked more than 1 millions times. And it was enough to see Crocs’ shares soar by 11 percent, according to Business Insider.

Despite getting major flack in the 00s era, Crocs have risen from the sartorial ashes with collaborations and celebrity endorsements from the likes of Post Malone and Balenciaga.

You can cop the look from October 13 for $59.99 USD from the online Crocs store and The House of Drew.
