With the countdown on to the March drop of Marvel‘s latest origin film Captain Marvel, a third look at the action-packed adventure has been released. Without a word of warning, the media franchise dropped a surprise follow-up to the official trailer, during the 2019 College Football U.S. National Championship game between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Clemson Tigers.
An add-on to the last teaser which was seen in late 2018, more footage has been shown giving fans and viewers further information surrounding the dynamic relationship between Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel and Nick Fury. An in-depth look has also revealed what the Kree and Skull will look like as Earth is dragged into a galactic war between the two alien races.
Set in the 1990’s, Captain Marvel is based on the first character’s appearance in the 1968 comic and acts as a prequel to Avengers: Infinity War.
Featuring a star-studded line up with the likes of Brie Larson, Jude Law, Samuel L. Jackson and more, the highly anticipated film is set to drop into cinemas from March 8.
