The video game series, Uncharted was perhaps one of the most prolific of its kind. Over ten years from 2007 to 2017, the franchise saw nine instalments of the playstation game and it was so popular, it was to be adapted into a feature-length film. The project was plagued with problems and following seven directors, five release dates and a slew of reimagined scripts and new actors, we finally have a first look of the film.

Nolan North, the original voice of Nathan Drake, has shared some sneak peek images from the set which includes Tom Holland as a younger version of main protagonist, Nathan Drake. The actor is a spitting image of what Nate looks like, albeit a little younger as it is believed the video game character is in his mid-30s. Nonetheless, someone should give the wardrobe department a raise due to the cargo pants, hiking books and dirtied long sleeve, perfectly interpreted.

Other images have been shared from on-set which may allude to several clues about the forthcoming film – we’ll let you decipher. The movie is reportedly set to be a prequel / origin story for the main character.
