The Blue Room, a haven of multisensory experiences, invites guests to immerse themselves in the world of fine Scotch whisky. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a newcomer to the spirit, this venue provides an ideal setting to explore Johnnie Walker’s extensive and award-winning range, including the luxurious Johnnie Walker Blue Label.
The Ritual Bar, an ornate centrepiece of the Blue Room, serves as a stage for guided tastings led by expert whisky connoisseurs. These sessions offer a rare opportunity to savour a variety of Johnnie Walker’s premium selections, including limited-edition and exclusive variants such as the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Lunar New Year Edition and the prestigious John Walker & Sons King George V.
Beyond tasting, visitors can delve into the storied history of Johnnie Walker. The venue’s design and ambiance reflect a rich heritage, allowing guests to journey through time while enjoying their dram. Located at Shop 03G/5050 Pitt Street, the Johnnie Walker Blue Room operates Monday to Wednesday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, extends hours on Thursdays until 9:00 pm, and maintains the 9:30 am to 7:00 pm schedule from Friday to Saturday, with Sunday hours from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Bookings for tasting sessions, priced at $20 per person, are now open, offering an unparalleled experience to discover and appreciate the world of whisky.
