The prolific KAWS companion is now a regular instalment across cities around the world. From permanent sculptures in China to its celebrated collaboration with Dior, the brains behind the designs Brian Donnelly, is quickly becoming an artistic icon and streetwear mogul. Following Summer across Asia, the artist in collaboration with AllRightsReserved launched KAWS:HOLIDAY and after making its way through Seoul and Taipei, its signature grey companion has floated down wind to Hong Kong.

In the latest instalment of the holiday edition, the city’s Victoria Harbour has been overrun with a huge 37-metre float, arms outstretched. Over the weekend and organised by AllRightsReserved, the creative duo officially unveiled the exhibition with Brian Donnelly in attendance to meet fans.

Accompanying the enormous sculpture is a collaborative series of merchandise and coincides with the anticipated Art Basel Hong Kong, set to kick off from March 29. For anyone in the area, the companion will remain available for public viewing until March 31. Head to Victoria Harbour, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.
