From Milan Fashion Week and straight onto Paris where the Louis Vuitton Fall Winter Men’s 2023 show will be unveiled on January 19, 2.30pm CET (January 20, 12.30am AEDT).
While the Maison has still yet to announce a successor to Virgil Abloh, the late artistic director’s vision continues to permeate the house’s collections. This was seen in the Paris Spring 2023 show, part farewell and part celebration of Abloh’s tenure at Louis Vuitton and created by the team as a collective.
The spirit of Abloh’s approach was always collaborative. This same celebration of a collective method will be what brings the Fall Winter 2023 show to life. Embedded into the collection created by the Men’s Studio will be concepts and creative ideas by Karl Lagerfeld Prize winner Colm Dillane.
Ib Kamara, Image Director of OFF-WHITE will be behind the show’s styling while Michel and Olivier Gondry have created a pre-show film to start the proceedings.
The show will also appear a live musical performance by a yet unnamed star – but a quick background check of previous years indicates that they’ll be big.
